SR 305 is a resolution condemning the failure of the United States Senate to pass the “Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act.”
The resolution urges the United States Senate to reconsider its actions and vote for cloture and pass the bill in order to show that “our nation is caring enough to protect the most helpless and innocent members of the human race.”
