Full Bill Text
S.Res. 20 is a resolution expressing the sense of the Senate that the “Protecting Life in Global Health Assistance” policy should be permanently established.
The resolution calls on Congress to expeditiously consider codifying into law the “Protecting Life in Global Health Assistance” policy, which prohibits U.S. foreign assistance funds from going to organizations that perform abortions or actively promote them for family planning.
