Full Bill Text
S. 1917 would prohibit federal funding of any affiliate, subsidiary, successor, or clinic of Planned Parenthood that receives compensation for facilitating the donation of fetal tissue from an abortion.
Investigation
The bill would require the DOJ to investigate whether Planned Parenthood or any of its affiliates or clinics have engaged in illegal activities pertaining to fetal tissue products.
