Full Bill Text

HB 352 would prohibit abortion service providers from delivering instruction or distributing materials in public schools.

The bill would also prohibit a teacher or school board member from knowingly authorizing or allowing an abortion services provider or affiliate from delivering instruction or distributing materials in the school.

An abortion services provider or an affiliate of an abortion services provider whose employee or representative violates this provision would be liable in a civil action for a penalty of $5,000 or actual damages, whichever is greater, plus costs and reasonable attorney fees, to each aggrieved student or the student’s estate.

A teacher or school board member who violates this provision may not receive state funds on or after the date of the violation.

Similar to SB 89 and SB 191.
