Rocío Villalobos is a native Austinite. She works as an advisor and is also the Social Justice Education & Leadership Coordinator at the University of Texas at Austin’s Multicultural Engagement Center. She pursued undergraduate and graduate degrees in the field of education & she organizes / volunteers with the Women’s Community Center of Central Texas, YWCA Greater Austin, Texans United for Families, MonkeyWrench Books, and Rise Up Texas.
