Eric Lesh is the Executive Director of LeGaL, the LGBT Bar of New York. He was the Fair Courts Project Director for Lambda Legal, the oldest and largest national LGBT+ legal organization. Eric focuses on eliminating bias in the legal system, increasing diversity of the judicial bench, and expanding access to justice. His articles have been published in the Washington Post, L.A. Times, The Advocate, and the New York Law Journal. He has spoken on panels with state supreme court justices and federal judges. In 2017, he was recognized as one of the Best LGBT Lawyers Under 40 by the National LGBT Bar.
