Elizabeth Maguire has served as president and CEO of Ipas since 1999. Ms. Maguire brings more than 40 years of professional experience and commitment to the population and reproductive health field, including more than two decades with U.S. Agency for International Development’s (USAID) population assistance program. She served as the director of USAID’s Office of Population from 1993 to 1999 and was actively involved in the 1994 International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD) and in the 1999 five-year review of ICPD.
