Dylan Jones is a freelance writer and photographer based in the mountains of West Virginia. He is managing editor of Highland Outdoors, an adventure media outlet covering outdoor recreation in West Virginia. His work has appeared in the National Geographic Explorers Journal, Rock and Ice Magazine, and RootsRated. He holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a master’s degree in public administration, both from West Virginia University. Dylan is an avid adventurer and advocate for West Virginia’s natural resources.
