Becky A. Johnson is a medical anthropologist and freelance writer currently based in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has previously worked with HIV and AIDS grassroots organizations in South Africa and Kenya and with the Ecumenical Advocacy Alliance in Geneva, Switzerland. Her work has largely focused on HIV and AIDS education, comprehensive prevention programs, palliative care, women's health, and resource mobilization.
