Nora was the Bay Area Field Manager for the ACLU of Northern California until she recently took to the road on a cross-country bike trip for reproductive justice. She's a dedicated activist who has spent time with organizations such as Planned Parenthood, NARAL, Law Students for Choice, and the ACLU. Nora was a lead organizer for the ACLU of Northern California's campaign to defeat anti-choice ballot referendum Proposition 85 in the November 2006 election cycle. Through the Bay Area Campaign for Real Teen Safety to defeat the proposition, more than 50,000 voters in the region were contacted. The referendum was soundly defeated.

Nora's cross-country bicycle trip takes her through Philadelphia, where she meets with all sorts of people working to facilitate women's control over their bodies and their lives.
