Kristine A. Kippins

Kristine is Constitutional Accountability Center’s Director of Policy. Prior to joining CAC, Kristine served as a federal policy counsel at the Center for Reproductive Rights, where she was responsible for advancing and protecting abortion health policy at the federal level. Prior to that, she held several positions with the American Constitution Society, where she organized ACS’s lawyer chapters, promoted ACS’s network on Capitol Hill, and led the organization’s judicial nominations advocacy. Before moving to D.C., Kristine worked on several local, state, and presidential campaigns around the country. After graduating from law school, Kristine joined Orlando’s premiere real estate law firm, Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A. as an associate. Kristine received her J.D. from William & Mary Law School and B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. She currently serves on the board of directors of the Sexuality Information and Education Council of the United States (SIECUS).
