Jaclyn Fontanella

Partnership for Prevention

Jaclyn Fontanella, MPH, is a program associate at Partnership for Prevention, where she works on projects dedicated to improving the health of adolescents and young women. This includes convening the National Chlamydia Coalition, a group of over 40 national organizations committed to increasing chlamydia screening through public awareness, provider education, research, and policy and advocacy efforts, as well as supporting the formation of a new coalition to promote sexual health. Before coming to Partnership, Ms. Fontanella worked in nonprofit development at various health-related organizations, including NARAL Pro-Choice America and the Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts. She has a bachelor of art in Sociology from Boston University, and will complete her master of public health from the School of Public Health and Health Services at George Washington University in May 2012
