Erin Rockwell

Erin, a native of Georgia, lived in the Washington, DC area while her husband, an Episcopal priest, attended seminary. While there, she worked as an Executive Assistant at the National Family Planning and Reproductive Health Association and then as a Public Policy Associate at Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington. She became interested in issues surrounding childbirth, including access to midwives, following the birth of her first child. Currently living in Mobile, Alabama, Erin stays at home with her two children and is in training to be a birth doula. She holds a Bachelors Degree in History from the University of Georgia.
