Dr. Maha Hilal is Co-Director of Justice for Muslims, an organizer with Witness Against Torture, and a Council Member of the School of the Americas Watch. Dr. Hilal has worked extensively in the anti-torture field and is currently a Co-Principle Investigator with the Torture Treatment Initiative out of Tulane University’s Traumatology Institute.
