“By replying to the official Rewire News Group Twitter account with the tag #YesRNG, I hereby represent that I am at least 18 years of age and the owner of the submitted video, photographs, and/or other materials regarding Boom! Lawyered (“the Materials”). By my reply I KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY CONSENT AND AUTHORIZE IN ADVANCE Rewire News Group (“RNG”), without any further notice to or consent by me and with or without associating my name with the Materials, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to publish, distribute, and use the Materials, in whole or in part, alone or in conjunction with other materials, and to publish, distribute, and use my name and likeness, for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade, marketing promotion, education, and/or advocacy on behalf of RNG, its licensees, affiliates, suppliers, contractors, officers, directors, and employees (“the RNG Parties”), in any medium, whether print, online, digital, or other. Without implication of limitation, this right to publish, distribute, and use granted to RNG includes the right to edit, alter, crop, or retouch the Materials and I waive any right to inspect the final Materials used by RNG.

My reply reflects my understanding and provides my agreement that I will not receive any compensation (including but not limited to royalties) or otherwise benefit financially or otherwise from any publication or use by RNG of the Materials or my name and likeness.

By my reply, I hereby irrevocably, fully, and forever waive, release and hold harmless the RNG Parties from any and all claims or liabilities (including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, rights of publicity or copyright, misappropriation, infringement of moral rights, or defamation) that may arise from the use, distribution, or publication of the Materials and my name and likeness and agree not to sue the RNG Parties for any such use, distribution, or publication.”
