Ohio Representative Speaks Out Against “Heartbeat” Bill
A state senator argues that a lawmaker who purposefully passes unconstitutional law is breaking his or her oath of office.
Somehow, the Ohio “Heartbeat Bill,” a ban on abortions so early that many women would not even know they were pregnant, managed to make it out of committee despite the obvious constitutional issues the law would create.
