Let the races begin!
We're live-blogging Super Tuesday here at Rewire. We have an impressive panel of bloggers on tap, and we hope you'll join us and share your own election day reflections by commenting, early and often, as they say. You'll be hearing from:
Gloria Feldt, former president of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, is on the board of the Women's Media Center and a frequent commenter on women and politics and the politics of reproductive health.
Lisa Witter, chief operating officer for Fenton Communications, author of a book entitled "The She Spot: Why Women Are the Market for Changing the World and How to Reach Them," coming out later this year.
Choice USA activists Molly Tafoya and Hannah Geyer will add a youth perspective to our coverage. Molly is a recent graduate of Georgetown University and member emeritus of H*yas for Choice, the unrecognized pro-choice group on campus. Hannah is a student at Bowling Green University in Ohio and vice-president of her campus's feminist organization.
Carole Joffe, professor of sociology at UC Davis, is a frequent contributor to Rewire.
Our New Journalist Project fellows, Wendy Norris, Lynda Waddington, and Jeff Fecke, will be reporting on local action in their home states of Colorado, Iowa, and Minnesota, respectively.
And, of course, you'll hear from Rewire staff – Amie Newman, Brady Swenson, and me!
All day long, our all-star team of live-bloggers will be sending in their thoughts, observations, and comments on breaking news. We'll be with you through the night, posting wrap-up posts and continuing the conversation about what Super Tuesday meant for the presidential race, for the country, and, of course, for women, tomorrow.
